- Shipping & Delivery
- All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of order during regular business days. When your order is placed, you can select the type of shipping method you would like. Please note, the following delivery times:
- FedEx Ground: 5-7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-4 business days
- FedEx Express Saver: 3-4 business days
- FedEx 2-day: delivery in 2 business days (day the order is placed does not count)
- FedEx Overnight: delivery the following business day.
***IMPORTANT*** During the summer months, we cannot ship products on Fridays when the delivery will span the weekend. This is due to the potential risk for the chocolate bullets, guns, etc to melt due to high temperatures.

- Okay, so here is the deal. We won't share your private information. We use all secure and encrypted servers...and we will not send you spam. Enough said? If you have questions about our privacy policy or security, please let us know.
- Returns & Replacements
- All sales of perishable food items are final and returns will not be accepted, and refunds will not be given. Exceptions to this rule are rare cases when the product was damaged during shipping. If you have questions about our return policy, please contact us.

- If you would like to view your order, simply login to your account from the upper right corner of the screen. Once you have logged in, you can check past orders, track shipments, or make changes to your personal information. If you have trouble logging into your account, please contact us.
